Tess Daly’s memoir of her pregnancy and motherhood is a wonderful celebration of what it’s like to be a mum, with all the joys and challenges that come with it. We are so thrilled to have had it on the Sunday Times bestseller list for the past two weeks in a row.

Today Tess began her publicity campaign after a difficult few weeks, and public support has been overwhelming. Thanks to events at Mamas and Papas, Gurgle and appearances on Steve Wr
ight and The One Show (and that’s just today!) we’re sure that the book will continue to do brilliantly, so watch this space.

Three celebrities, three mannequins and three fabulous dresses – just some of the ingredients required to make a successful book signing for Strictly Come Dancing: The Official Annual 2009.

The show kindly lent us three of the dresses worn on the show by Jodie Kidd, Heather Small and Kristina Rhianoff (John Sergeant’s partner, poor thing) which after being modelled by some of us in the bathrooms at RH made their way to the window of Waterstone’s Oxford Street West.

The dresses pulled in many an excited fan to ask for more details of the signing and no less than five offers to buy them.

On the day, favourite to be the last female in the contest Lisa Snowdon and ex-contestants Heather Small and Mark Foster arrived at the store to a queue of excited fans who were braving the rain. There was a lovely atmosphere with the three laughing and joking with each other and the customers.

And we even got an extra Strictly star at the end in the shape of Brendan Cole.

All in all a strictly amazing day!
