Surprised no one has posted any info on this yet, at least I couldn't find anything on the forum. I see the large book sellers have adverts of the book including the cover together with the story teaser as follows:

Winter in South Dakota. Blowing snow, icy roads, a tired driver. A bus skids and crashes and is stranded in a gathering storm. There's a small town twenty miles away, where a vulnerable witness is guarded around the clock. There's a strange stone building five miles further on, all alone on the prairie. There's a ruthless man who controls everything from the warmth of Mexico. Jack Reacher hitched a ride in the back of the bus. A life without baggage has many advantages. And crucial disadvantages too, when it means facing the arctic cold without a coat. But he's equipped for the rest of his task. He doesn't want to put the world to rights. He just doesn't like people who put it to wrongs.

Well done, Steve!

I gather Yorkshire Barry has already printed off the cover and left it for Mrs YB to find - hoping she'll buy it for him!

I'd not read the 'teaser' although I knew South Dakota and the icy winter weather featured in the start of the story!

Thankyou for whetting my appetite - i can't wait for the release date (and I may well pre-order it now!!!

Trust the New Year brings you all you wish for!

Not far at all then.

I'd pre-order, but I'd rather go to the book tour signings, hopefully they'll announce details soon.

Hi, tysmuse!

Well, there was talk of a mass (ha ha!!) get-together, for anyone still interested in this forum - the idea being that a mutually convenient stop on Lee's book tour would see us all meet up - dunno if it'll still happen, tho'!

But, i'm looking forward to the release of '61 hours' anyway!

....and that's you supplying all the above, then, mac?

(excuse me, I need to lie down - the thought of the pole-dancing has given me a fit of the vapours........)
