1 Buy my book ‘How to Get Rich’ - it is different from any other book about getting rich because I am actually rich. Very rich. So rich I can only say how rich I am to the nearest £200,000,000. It isn't easy to get rich but anyone can do it!

2 Analyse your need to be wealthy. Desire is insufficient. Compulsion is mandatory. If you are unwilling to fail, sometimes publicly, and even catastrophically, you stand very little chance of ever getting rich.

3 Cut loose from negative influences. Never give in. Stay the course. Sniggering and mockery by any attempts by you to better yourself, followed by envy later or gloating during your initial failures will happen. Be prepared to shrug if off.

4 Having a great idea is not enough. The idea is not a passport. It is how ideas are implemented that counts in the long run. Concentrate on great execution.

5 Focus. If you wish to become rich, look carefully about you at the prevailing industries where wealth appears to be gravitating. THEN GO TO WHERE THE MONEY IS! Focus your efforts on the ball marked ‘The Money is Here’.

6 Hire talent smarter than you. Delegate. Delegation, used responsibly, allows you to bring out the best in other people and to make yourself rich in the process. Share the annual pie.

7 Ownership is the real ‘secret’. Never, never, never, never hand over a single share of anything you have acquired or created if you can help it. Nothing. Not one share. To no one. No matter what the reason - unless you genuinely have to. Nothing counts but what you own in the race to get rich. 

8 Sell before you need to, or when bored. 

9 Empty your mind when negotiating. Do your homework and do it vigorously.What you don't know or haven't bothered to find out can kill you in serious negotiations.

10 Fear nothing and no one. Get rich. Remember to give it all away.Just do it. Don't let fear hold you back.
